Our refund and returns policy lasts 07 days. If 07 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

At Wowkids.pk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 7 days of delivery. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for products that are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. The returned product should not have been used, washed, or damaged in any way.

Items Not Eligible for Returns

The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Products that have been altered or customized
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
• Products without their original tags or packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Fill out the return form available on our website or contact us through social media, WhatsApp, or phone number.
• Provide the reason for return and relevant details.
• Pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse address.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please follow the same return process mentioned above and place a new order for the desired product.
